The rooms were beautifully decorated with minimalist and tasteful decor, which we prefer over overly decorated hostels. the hot showers were powerful and provided a great experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, being just a short walk away from the city center but still quiet and peaceful. the owner spoke excellent English and was very friendly and welcoming.
The bed was small for two adults and the mattress was not comfortable. the external light would shine directly on our faces whenever someone passed by, waking us up multiple times during the night.

Our family had a fantastic stay here! the location was ideal - just a short walk from the busy city centre, but in a quieter area. We enjoyed stunning views of Lake Titicaca and were close to the plaza. the rooms were clean, comfortable and had modern bathrooms. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even providing breakfast when we had an early start to our day trips. Plus, they let us leave our bags for free! great value for money.
We did experience some noise from other guests due to the thin walls in the rooms.

They were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with last-minute bus ticket reservations without any extra charges. They even called a taxi for me, making my departure hassle-free. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and I especially loved the fact that they were built behind the main building, shielding me from any traffic noise. The complimentary wifi worked seamlessly, and the location was ideal, just a short stroll away from the bustling main square.

The breakfast selection was great and the staff was attentive. The location was walking distance to the town center and the bus station. A day excursion was arranged promptly by the staff at a fair price.
The room was tiny and the bed was rather uncomfortable. The hot water didn't work on New Year's Day morning and we had to take a cold shower.
